Aside from the Bounce Back emails users can send to blocked senders, another option is a canned response called “Blocked by Block Sender”.

Unlike the fake bounce-backs, these canned responses are available to users on the free plan as well. Here is how to send them:

  • Open an unwanted email
  • Click on the “Block” button
  • Select “Reply with…”
  • Select “Blocked by Block Sender” in the dropdown
  • Click “Send response”

On the other end, the user getting blocked will see an email reply like this:

The reply text reads “Your email to <your-email> was not delivered because it was blocked by Block Sender.”

Note: This feature is currently only available when sending canned responses in the “Reply with…” menu. It will soon also be available as an auto-response to blocked emails.
